My organization owns volume licenses for both Acrobat Pro X and Acrobat Suite X. They no longer appear on my Adobe Licensing Portal and will not activate on replacement computers. Why do my licenses no longer appear on my portal (and saying they're old is not a valid excuse) and why is the installer saying the license keys are invalid?
