Acrobat Pro DC application on Windows 10 PC, both updated. From a webpage using Edge browser's printing function, select Printer as "Adobe PDF," then Print (seems to be working), then name file or accept automatic naming and Save. But, no file is created in the designated folder or elsewhere? Webpages do contain text (checked by copy and paste test). Please help and thanks in advance for any responses.

Hi johnz30879443 ,
Could you please tell if this is happening on a specific webpage or with all the webpages you are trying to convert?
What version of Acrobat DC you have?
Are you able to see the pdf created with other Web Browser like Internet Explorer?
Try to perform the following steps :
1- Reset Microsoft Edge- launch Microsoft Edge, click on three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen, then click Settings>click Clear browsing data>click Choose what to clear>check the box which is shown below in the picture( you could also check more options like Download history or Form data if you want)then click Clear.
2- Close Microsoft Edge.
Below are the screenshots:
3- Reset Internet Explorer, launch Internet Explorer>click on gear icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select Internet options, click Advanced>Reset
4- Restart the computer and then try to create pdf.
Let us know if it worked.
Thank You,
Shivam
