Can't open PDFs Acrobat Pro DC Creative Cloud

Hi since and upgrade i cannot open PDFs in Acrobat Reader.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled via creative cloud with no fix. It is really frustrating and its quite pointless paying for a product that doesn't work for what it was purchased to do....open and PDFs!! sorry am really frustrated - can anyone help?  Thanks

Acrobat and Adobe Reader are 2 different products. There is no product offered by Adobe named Adobe Reader.

Exactly what product are you having problems with?

If you have both products installed, please remove Adobe Reader and repair Acrobat DC.
