can't print adobe pdf files

I just bought a new hp printer - officejet pro 8720 - i can do test prints and print off emails, word documents etc.  just can't print off adobe.  obviously i have a setting not set correct.  need some help??

Please try referring this document and try to print as an image : Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Also let us know the exact version of Adobe application you have and the OS version on your system ?

Are you not able to print all the PDF documents or its just a particular document which you not able to print ?
