Can you buy AA DC full product, or is it only available as a monthly service?

I'm a retired pensioner. I've been using AA Pro ix since it was released. I don't want to subscribe any monthly service. I'm happy to buy AA Pro xi upgrade or full product.. Can you buy AA DC full product, or is it only available as a monthly service?
