Cannot access previous computer with activation

I have rebuilt my computer and did not deactivate my copy of Adobe Actobat Standard DC. Now when trying to activate it says "serial invalid". I can't get in touch with anyone at Adobe to reset this. Is anyone here able to help?

As you are getting this message "Serial Invalid", I would request you to check the solutions on this link: Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite​.

In regards to Activation of Acrobat Standard DC on your machine, I would recommend reading  the following links.

Please share the results and the exact error message in case problem persists.
