Hello, I bought a Adobe Exportpdf a few days ago but did not finish the procedure since I did not receive any mail. I ended up re-write my file
Today, I found out that the money has been taken from my bank account and that I have no registered formule/product on my account.
I've tried following a guide to cancel my subscription but I can't do it since it's not on my account.
What can I do to get my money back? I did not use the subscription once and I'm trying to cancel it way beforre the 14 days limit
Thanks in advance for your answers, let me know if you need any information (Bank account or Adobe account related)
Solved by the Chat tech support, I made a mistake in the mail adress.

If you still experience the issue, please Contact Customer Care. ​Sign in with your Adobe ID on that page and select the product from the list provided below.
Then select chat option under "Still need help?Contact us".
