Hi https://forums.adobe.com/people/gerard%20boerhof
Could you please share the exact steps you do to create PDF from Excel sheet.
What issue you experience while creating PDF? Do you get any error message?
What is the dot version of Adobe application and OS you are using?
Regards,
Meenakshi

In reply to your questions:
In Excel 2013 I open a file which contents the font Calibri.
I choose File > Print, select the printer Adobe PDF* and > Print.
*) from Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard
I choose the folder in which the PDF has to be saved.
Then in a notebook file is shown the following message:
%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
Calibri not found, using Courier.
%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: show; ErrorInfo: TblDirOffset nostringval ]%%
Stack:
()
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%
Then the process stops. There is no PDF created.
Thanks for your help and kind regards,
Gerard Boerhof.

Instead of doing print to PDF you can choose Save as to PDF...
Go to File > Save As and in the save as dialog box under the file name you have to choose the save as type as PDF..
Hope this will works
Thanks
