Cannot fill & sign anymore within Acrobat DC

I have a user who's running Acrobat DC and yesterday they were able to open a PDF, click the fill and sign button and add test then save it without any problems. Today when she goes through the same steps, she get an error "The operation failed because Acrobat DC encountered and unknown error". I made her an account and signed her into Acrobat DC but same problem. How can I resolve this?

You are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application.

Could you please share the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and OS you are using.

Are you experiencing this issue with a partivualr PDF? Try to replicate the issue .

Also share the exact steps you do when you get this error message.
