Cannot get ie acrobat add on to work

Acrobat Pro DC just installed.  The acrobat add-ons in ie are enabled and the Convert-Select button showing in the toolbar.  But when the select button is selected (and it shows selected) it is inactive in selecting.

Please make sure that you are using the updated version of the application.

Try "Repair Installation" and "Check for updates" under Help menu in application.

If issue still persists, let us know the dot version of Adobe application and OS you are using.
