Cannot open pdfs from within other application

Hey Guys,

I'm using acrobat 9 pro, i am able to open pdfs by normally double clicking on them. But i have two application that i use (Laserfiche and NetX360), i am unable to open pdfs from within them. All i get is a blank pdf. Please assist, thanks.

Hi ,

The applications you are talking about ,are third party applications and not supported by Adobe.

Are you able to open PDF' within Acrobat?

Hey Sukrit,

Yes I’m able to open PDFs with Acrobat. But it was working all the time, is there any reason why this would stop just like that? An update or something.
