Cannot print a form

I cannot print this form using Adobe Acrobat XI version 11.0.09. I can print any other form except for this one. I get an error that says "the document cannot be printed." I have filled in the data and used the form button to print.

What happens if you try printing the normal way, i.e. File=>Print?

Also, what platform are you printing from, Windows or MacOS?

FWIW, it seems to work with the print button on my Windows 7 system with Acrobat DC.
