I have Acrobat Pro DC, working on a Surface Pro 4. I use my Brother printer/scanner/copier to scan. Lately when I scan a document and go to save it, the Save As box pops up but the box is empty/blank and there is nowhere to click to save the document. It used to happen about every other time and when it did, if I just closed out and tried it again, it would work. Now it seems like I have to do it 5-6 times before it will appear. It's annoying and I need to fix it. Suggestions?
Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "
If you are getting blank 'save as' window, then try this : -
Acrobat > Edit > Preferences > General > Under basic tools, Please uncheck the option for 'Show online storage when saving files', then OK & relaunch the application .
If you are facing any Scanning issues please refer to this

The default "Save As" dialog in Acrobat DC is different than the dialog that you've had in earlier releases of Acrobat, it also allows you to save to the cloud and previous locations you've saved files to. It is possible that when Acrobat tries to connect to "the cloud", it runs into problems. You may want to try to turn this feature off to see if that brings your save as dialog back: Open up Acrobat's preferences, then go to the "General" category and deselect "Show online storage when saving files":
Preferences > Show online storage
