We have been using Adobe DC now since it first came out without issue. All of a sudden we are unable to use the draw, comment, call out etc in multiple PDFs at one time. This is something we REALLY need to be able to do. We are also unable to move pages around in the document or between documents anymore. I don't get why this was not a problem until two weeks ago. I know that you are able to use these features in whatever the last document is that you open, but that is extremely inconvenient and I find myself having to open and close documents over and over to create my finished product. If anyone knows of a solution to this issue so we can go back to how it was, I greatly appreciate it. This started happening to all of our computers in the office at the same time so I am assuming it was from an update, but unsure. If we cannot get this fixed its going to make for a really annoying tax season!
Thanks!

Hi Meenakshi,
I was so frustrated yesterday that I removed all adobe products off my computer and reinstalled. The new update solved my problem. I am now on version 15.020.20039

I am sad to say, that it is once again not working. Anytime I open more
than one PDF at a time I am still unable to move pages between them or use
the drawing, commenting, call out tools. These are normal PDF documents w/o
security saved from our tax program. This makes no sense...

Hi Meenakshi,
This is on a Windows 10 Pro system. The steps taken when this occurs is
1) PDF 1 is opened for editing - full use of Adobe tools such as box
drawing tool, call out, etc.
2) PDF 2 is opened for editing - full use of Adobe tools such as box
drawing tool, call out, etc.in PDF 2, BUT can no longer edit PDF 1 using
Adobe tools or cannot move around pages, etc.
4) have to close all PDFs and reopen only the one I want to edit. As you
can see why this is really killing productivity.....
This is the same across all computers in our office that are running the
same Adobe DC Pro on Windows 10. The sourcing of the PDFs or where they are
saved does not seem to make any difference.
