cannot use the tools to modify pdf

wenn ich ein pdf öffne, kann ich es nicht bearbeiten, obschon ich nach meinem account dürfte. ich will "pdf bearbeiten" öffnen, kann aber nur "ausfüllen und unterschreiben2.
