My computer crashed the other day, and it had Adobe CS3 on it (I only use Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat 8). I have now loaded it on to my new computer, but I cannot activate it because it says I have to deactivate it from my old hard drive first .... which I can't do because it is now dead.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Laura

I'm sorry, but Acrobat 8 is quite an old version and Adobe no more provides support for this version.
As your computer has crashed, you might not be able to deactivate the software from the same.
With a single user license, you can activate Acrobat on maximum two machines. Please check if there is any other machine on which you have installed Acrobat so that it can be activated and then installed on the desired machine.

Thank you for your reply, Anubha, but I also contacted the Chat, and Vikrant helped me to get the product activated on my new computer, so even though it may be an old version, I was given full support, and it has all worked out well.
Thank you Vikrant, and Adobe.

My old computer died, I have CS3 premium on my new computer but only for 27 days and counting, I can't deactivate it off my dead computer, and I can't seem to activate it on my new one now. I paid good money and I have all my documentation, serial number and activation code for this great product I can no longer use. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Beau if this is not resolved soon.
