Capturing meta-data from Document Properties into a Dynamic Stamp Field
I'm creating a dynamic stamp to display current meta-data from the open document. (This is part of a review process. Each person reviewing modifies certain custom meta-data within the document properties, then uses the Stamp to 'lock' that meta-data into a visible 'sticker' on the PDF. We are mimicing an important paper-based process.)

My dynamic stamp contains approximately six fields.

What javascript do I put into the form's Text Field Property custom calculation?
