CC prompting to update Acrobat XI to Acrobat DC when user doesn't actually have Acrobat DC on their CC account.

I have a user that has Adobe Acrobat XI and the Creative Cloud updater is telling her there is an update for Acrobat DC. When we attempt to perform the update, we are prompted that we must uninstall the old version of Acrobat first. We do that, then the option to update Acrobat DC is gone and the option to "Try" it is there. We reinstalled Acrobat XI and Creative Cloud is back to prompting to update her Acrobat DC. How to we stop it from prompting to Update to Acrobat DC when she doesn't actually have the product on her CC account to install.

What Creative Cloud subscription do you have? Creative Cloud full subscribers can use Acrobat Pro DC. But there is a bug, a nasty one, where it does not handle a mixture of subscribed and paid products well, and assumes you can update the paid product even if you have a single product subscription that does not allow it.
