How do I get a certificate password? I have been on the phone for over 4 hours and I need it now. How do I get help.

I have been helped by Vijnd. He told me to call if I still had my problem. I evidently got the incorrect phone number to reach him. If I can't get Viand again, can someone else help me. I have one signature necessary, but cannot get my signature on the same form, but again. How do I do this?

I am unable to use more signatures on my same file. also, how do I make certificate passwords on new files?
