change "add text comment" properties

Using Acrobat Pro XI on a Mac. The text when using "Add Text Comment" has several points of empty space above the text. There should be no space above the text. How do I change this property?

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system.

Also check if its happening with other Documents as well .Would appreciate you to please share the screen shot also, so we can replicate the issue.
