Chinese to english subtitle files

Is there a file that will alow me to turn on Chinese to English subtitles for online movies ?

I am trying to answer your question about Standards and Accessibilty (tagged PDF) but I cannot understand it. What are you doing with tagged PDF and movies, what do you mean by subtitles?

I watch movies online and some of my favorites are partially in english and in chinese ( jackie chan for instance ) but my computer doesn't have any files that contain closed caption languages

What I'm looking for is any kind for downloadable file or program that will alow me to turn on the closed captions and select englis subtitles

Right now the file folder I have is empty, but I at least have a folder for this porpose . When I click on the closed caption tab, it opens a window that asks me to "transport the language file to that location". This I don't understand. So, I figured that there must be a downloadable file somewhere out there that contains the information to do this. Or at least someone that knows how to do this. Since I'm "bed ridden", all I do is play games, do surveys and watch movies. And not knowing what the are saying is driving me NUTS ! PLEEEEEASE HELP ME before they put me in a rubber room. lol

Sorry I have no idea what your problem is. It doesn't seem to have any connection to what we do here. Some other software. Perhaps we can direct you to the right place if you tell us what software you are stuck with.
