Clicking onto editable form fields with mouse creates rendering issues (entire form flashes) that don't not appear when simply tabbing through. I this a simple change within acrobat preferences?

I'm using Acrobat DC standard on Windows 7 Pro. I have no issues tabbing through editable form fields but when I use the mouse to navigate the fields the form flashes and seems to have trouble rendering. Is this a simple setting issue within acrobat or possibly something more involved with my machine or the form itself?

OK... Did you assign any "Mouse Enter" or "Mouse Exit" actions to your fields? Can you share the file in question?

I can't share this specific file but I can share another form with the same problem, perhaps worse.

Also note this is a recent occurrence. I'm on a new machine due to a hard drive failure. How do I attached the pdf?
