My color scan is showing up in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 as black and white image. What am I doing wrong?

Hi chrislopukhin,
Have you tried to scanner directly through Acrobat and in-directly using the scanner application?
Are you getting same result from both the process?
Make sure Acrobat 9 is updated to the version 9.5.5 & you have installed the latest scanner drivers.

Hi Chris,
May I know whether you are using TWAIN or WIA drivers? Try to use TWAIN drivers with Native mode enabled under Custom Scan option.
