Combine Files into PDF will not convert Word documents

Acrobat XI, 11.10.15. Word 2016. Windows 10. I get the "Converting" green line that proceeds to the end of the bar but it just hangs there endlessly. Never converts!

Hi ,

Acrobat XI is not a compatible version with Word 2016 ,this is the reason you are experiencing this issue.
