Hi paulac31512039,

Please share the dot version of Acrobat and OS installed on your system.

Is this the issue only with excel files?

If you get any error message please share that as well.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hello,

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. My computer is new and all of the programs installed are 2016.

I typically produce excel files and then need to combine them in a PDF file to send out. My computer was performing this function up until about a week ago. It now will only show one item as being converted, then it locks up and does not do anything further.

Thanks you for your assistance.

Please do not post the same question multiple times.
