combo box reset problem

Hi there

I created a form with a few text fields and some combo boxes. The combo boxes have Text as user value/face value and numbers as export values.

The numbers are used to calculate some other fields on the form.

I also added a button to reset the form, which works fine if I open the document on my desktop computer.

But the intention is to use the form in a mobile environment and there I have a problem:

whenever the form is reset, the default values are no longer displayed as text (by their user values). Instead the export values are used.

e.g. the selected default value of my combo box would be

user value: good

export value: 6

If I open up the document for the first time in the mobile version of Acrobat it - correctly - says "good", but when I reset the form the field now states "6" as visible content.

How can force the mobile version of acrobat after resetting to show the user value of the default combo-box item and not its export value?

Thanks in advance

Additional info:

- form based on pretty old PDF (acc. to meta-info created in Quark xPress)

- form created with Acrobat DC under macOS

- target system: mobile version of Acrobat under iOS
