I'm trying to create a comment summary from a PDF with the following settings:
The PDF in question was printed from a .docx. When I create the summary, everything looks great until the sixth page of the comment summary. For the next 15 pages to the end of the summary document, all the pages look like this:
The PDF page is displayed in duplicate in the summary. The duplicate page image runs into the comments column, and the duplicate comments wrap around and run into the first page image. I got this result with three different PDF documents.
I have tried the following:
1. Export data file, reprint original PDF, import data file.
2. Turn off track changes in original Word file, accept all changes, set markup to no markup, print new PDF, import data file (see 1).
Neither of these produced different results.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this before?

Hello,
I have the same problem as well but sadly there seems to be no answers from the people who created the problems in the updates in the first place 🙂 First five pages are fine but the next 10 pages are as your example. Even when you try to print comments on PDFs that I set up a year ago I have no joy.
I can't find a work around either sadly and I have tried all morning. The joys of updates!

A co-worker just tried deleting the non-trouble pages, then reprinting the trouble pages and that seemed to help. Maybe try that?

@brisztow Thanks for the workaround. @catherineb53812773 thank you for the recreate. I'm going to write a bug ticket.
