comments don't appear

Hi,

I have a 64-page PDF from my customer with more than 740 comments in it. There are almost 190 comments on a certain single page, but Acrobat won't show more than maybe 80 of those comments in the right comments window area. Even if I click on of the comments within the main window, there is just the balloon help popping up but the comment itself in the right window won't display.

Is there a limit of comments per page?

Has anyone encountered this behavior and knows a work-around?

Thanks for your kind help,

Ralf

P.S. Restarting Acrobat and rebooting my iMac did't help.
