Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Use the links above to get the installer, and then run it on your machine.

There might be a compatibility issue, though.

Wow, could they make this more complicated. At the bottom where Acrobat 9

Pro is listed there is only a Windows link no Mac link. Dead end.

OK, found it and have tried two installs/uninstalls without success. Both times the dmg and all files appear to load but when I open it it does not ask for any serial number and only the word Acrobat appears in the menu line. Must use force quite to get out of it. No menu options appear.

Mac OSX 10.10.5

Uninstalled from my home computer where it was running under the same system.

You need Acrobat XI or higher for compatibility with your OS. It's time for an upgrade, in other words.

I do not understand if it was running under the same system version at home.

All I actually use it for is indexing some pdf files for better searches. Hmmmmm

I gues I will see if it will reinstall at home and do the work their.

Another, boy this will simplify things! And a waisted afternoon... ah welllllll

In the end I reinstalled on the older Mac running OS X 10.10.5 and it indeed continues to work. So, it was a hardware difference between the two Macs and not a system fault. Thanks for your patience. Good day!
