Content in PDF form can't be viewed on Iphone

I created a fillable pdf form using Adobe Forms Central.  When I enter data into this form, attach it to an email, then open the attachment on my Iphone, I cannot see the content that I entered.

Forms Central has been retired.

Be sure to use a PDF viewer that supports forms. The default on on iOS does not.
