convert pdf to a link

How do I convert a pdf file to a link? I have Adobe Acrobat 9, however it does not have a 'safe as other' command.

I don't understand what you mean by "Convert to a link". "Save as other" is a feature of Acrobat 10 and later, but if you tell us what you want to do, we may be able to find a way in the old Acrobat.
