Converting pdf files to word documents

Hi. If i sign up for the Adobe creative cloud promo... will i be able to convert (scanned) pdf files to word documents?? Or will i have to purchase another seperate adobe product for that?? Pls help?

What about a Creative Cloud subscription? Does it include Export to Word?

By the way: Where is a list, what apps and services are included in the different cloudes? I never found it.There is a list of desktop apps and mobile apps. But what about services?
