Hello,

I have buy the Acrobat X Pro product and have an annoying problem.

Sometimes, I can't save my PDF files becaus the file is corrupt !  I have the errors 117 and 109.

I will upload some screenshots when the problem appears again.

I'm on a Windows 10 computer and the version of Acrobat is 10.1.16

Do you have any solutions to fix this issue ?

Regards,

Stefan

Acrobat 10 is not compatible with Windows 10, so problems are to be expected.

The good news is that you can upgrade you Acrobat 10 to Acrobat DC and not pay the full price of a new license.

Go to the Adobe Products Page: https://www.adobe.com/products/catalog/software.html

Click on the Buy button next to Acrobat Pro DC, and then change the "I want to buy" option to "Upgrade".

Select "Acrobat X Pro" under the "I Own" menu, and then select the other options, and continue from there.

OK I will check this.

I have another question. What about the compatibility with Windows Server 2012 ?

We have already TS-Session where Adobe is installed and the problem is the same.

Thanks in advance for the support.

Regards,

Stefan

Hi,

We have many problems with Acrobat X Pro with Windows Server 2012. Many blank pages suddenly appear.Sometimes, we can't save our documents and we loose hours of work !!

It's inacceptable !!

Why doesn't this program work correctly in Windows 2012 environnement ?

I thank you in advance for your quick response,

Stefan

If I was one of your users I would say: why are you running unsupported EOL software? Perhaps they'd say "it's unacceptable when supported software is available".
