crashes on windows 10

New Here ,
Mar 10, 2016 Mar 10, 2016

I recently bought two new computers with high end i7 processors and purchased two licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  First several files OCR'd without issue.  Now both will not process a complete file.  both crash unexpectedly every time (even test files).  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Pro DC and this has not helped.  I did see in the windows log that a dll file is causing it to crash?  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am way being on servicing client.  THANKS!

Hi Mark Crawford,

Please try to use cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to uninstall the Acrobat Pro DC and restart your system.

Then try to re-install it from this link: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Let us know if this helps.

Regards,

Meenakshi
