create pdf files from bookmarks

Is there a way to create pdf files from each bookmark in one pdf file, where each created pdf file has the bookmark as the filename?

Yes, by going to Tools - Pages - Split Document - By Top Level Bookmarks.

If that doesn't work then you can use a script, like these ones I've developed:
