trying to create PDF from an Outlook folder with messages and attachments but conversion process did not include the JPG attachments. please assist.

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "
Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.
Would like to request you to Please Repair Acrobat & Outlook .
Then try to convert the Jpeg files attachment to pdf using Acrobat ribbon from outlook & then check .
Also request you to check whether is this happening with all the files or with this certain one.
Please also check after saving the jpeg file & try to open from the drive .
