Creative Cloud is making my life difficult!

I have allowed Adobe Creative Cloud to install the Acrobat DC and my Pro X stops working. Do a repair, nothing, cleared the cache, it starts and takes my license number and we are off again.

Happened again, so uninstalled Adobe DC. Cleared Cache entered the license number and worked again...for a bit.

Then Adobe Creative Cloud does an update and my Acrobat Pro X stops working.  Repair doesn't work.  Cleared the cache again and enter the license number and we are back again.

Tried to uninstall the Creative Cloud and it will not allow me to.

Adobe Why did you create a product that keeps crashing the one I paid for?  As soon as you allow DC on your computer and try to create pdf's it just takes you to the "sign up for so much a month to use this"  Well I have this capability in what I already paid a lot of money for, and yet it will not let me use the product.  Please fix this.

Hi ,

With latest Acrobat DC update yo could install Acrobat X ,XI and DC on machine however only use one at a time.

I guess you are trying to use both the versions together and experiencing the issue.

You could uninstall Acrobat X if you are comfortable with it and then use DC.

‌ yes it started that way, where I had them both installed, I did not realize the DC was installed, until the layout changed and kept wanting me to pay to do things with it.  I uninstalled the DC and have not allowed it to reinstall itself back but every time the creative cloud runs it knocks out my pro X .  And twice when it didn't run, my Pro X would not start until I deleted the cache files.

Amy ideas on how to stop the madness?
