I had a problems with Win 10 and MS had to help me reinstall it but before I did that I contacted you all and you told me where to download my Adobe programs again.  (also Acrobat 9).   After MS 10 reinstall I downloaded my Adobe CS5 and put my key codes into those trial downloads when prompted and all seem to be ok.  But then today CS5 update manager popped up, I agreed to update and later got a message below, when I execute the link in that error message for troubleshooting its talking about using a different key code or issues related to that but I only have the one key code.  I need support to make sure my expensive Adobe software is back up and running properly.
