Customer Support Sent Me Links to Download a Product, But Links are FUBAR`

New Here ,
Jul 27, 2016 Jul 27, 2016

If anyone from Adobe Acrobat Tech Support reads this, please follow-up on Case # 0187997647.

Support posted the links for me on the support page, but when I click on them, I see a page that

give me an Access Denied message.  Here's one of them:

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://trials2.adobe.com/Applications/Acrobat/APEX/9/APEX9_Win_WEB_WWEFG.7z" on this server. Reference #18.5e081160.1469224733.20e7392

I wrote back to please send working links.  All they did was reply that I should try the links they sent me.  How stupid!

If I don't get working links within 24 hours, I will be filing a small-claims court case to recover all amounts paid to Adobe since

I started using Acrobat with version 3.

I can't justify the behavior of the tech support people, but if you tell us what the links were meant to be we could probably help you find the correct ones.

I'll also let someone from Adobe know about this situation.

Also be sure you signed on FIRST with the right Adobe ID, the one authorised to manage volume licenses. By design you get this message otherwise. If you did, get Adobe to check your Adobe ID is the correct one.

Hi ShagsMC,

Can you send over the original links? If they were from prodesigntools, you will need to make sure you followed the "Very Important Instructions" listed there.

Thanks!

-Madison
