DC upgrade no longer save email with right click

I had an older version of Adobe Prof and I just installed DC.

I used to be able in Outlook to just right click on an email and there was an option to Save as PDF and it would create and I'd save. The option is no longer there and it takes more steps. Maybe this is a set issue or is it no longer available?

Hi Renee,

The option is still there. It might be possible that the pdfmaker plugin is disabled in outlook and that's the reason you are not finding these options.

Please follow the steps here to enable the pdfmaker plugin: Fix PDFMaker unavailability in MS Office

Regards,

Rave
