de-activating from a stolen machine

New Here ,
Feb 15, 2016 Feb 15, 2016

Hi,

I had Acrobat Pro 9 installed on a machine that was stolen.

I have re-installed on a new machine but get warnings telling me I need to de-activate from the old machine which clearly I don't have.

What can I do?

Thanks,

Hi petem73028461 ,

As you do not have that machine with you any more so in that would request you to go to 'adobe.com/getsupport' , after signing in using your Adobe ID follow on screen instructions then click 'still need help contact us'  to initiate  a chat session.

You will be getting assistance from the representative in this concern.
