Delete bookmarks leftover from the MS Word file

Hello,

I'm getting errors in the accessibility report due to bookmarks leftover from MS Word.  The tag is showing up as a link.  How can I remove these links?

Acrobat Pro's Optimizer feature can be configured to remove links.

Alternatively someone knowledgeable with use of Acrobat JavaScript may be able to develop a script that targets and removes specified links.

Then, of course, there is manual remediation.
