what is the difference b/w flat form or interactive form?
Then you can create your own examples. Create a PDF like you normally would and that can be considered a flat form. You can then add interactive form fields and you'll have an interactive form. An interactive form has interactive form fields (text fields, check boxes, dropdowns, etc.), a flat form does not. Adobe developed the Fill & Sign feature to make flat forms easier to work with. Apparently, there are a lot of PDFs out there that appear to be forms, but the creator never bothered to add interactive form fields.
