digital sign to all page by one click

I have adobe reader DC installed on my client,

I heard that adobe reader can sign all page by one click before,

but I cannot find this function to sign all page easily, do you have any advise, thank you.

1) How exactly you are signing with a single click? (Using a script or manually)

2) Adobe Reader DC version where single click signing was working?

3) Current Adobe Reader version where single click signing is not working?
