disable other checkboxes

I have 1 field name 'Print on both side' and have three checkboxes. 1st N/A, 2nd Yes and 3rd No.

let's assume,

User1 select Yes, at that point I want the checkbox for N/A and No turn to disable option. so by mistake user1 can not click on other check boxes for the same field.h

What if clicking Yes was a mistake?

the user can check any box. if a user wants to select another checkbox after selecting one, the user has to uncheck the selected box and then check another box. I do not want the user to select more than one box at a time. the user can uncheck a box if the user needs to select the different check box.
