document downloading is extremely slow

Using acrobat pro dc app...downloading documents is severely slow.

I cleared my history and cache on safari browser on my iMac.

I notice that when I do not use the app, but go thru the website and sign in to acrobat pro dc it works like a charm the way it should!

Why does it not work with the app for downloading of documents in the cloud? And what can I do to fix?

HI Miriam Martinez,

Could you let me know the exact mac version ?

Also please check for the files sizes.

If the file size is large it would actually take time.

RegardsSarojini

My iMac is an OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5

The files range from 99 KB to 132 MB ...both download like molasses!

Also keep in mind it only does this slow mo when I click on the desktop app for adobe acrobat, but is quite speedy

when I go to the adobe website and sign in, then download from there quite fast.  Why is not the desktop app working properly,

as I have deleted it and reinstalled it.
