Double Printing - One image is Enlarged over the Normal Sized One

Hello,

Issue: I am trying to print a number of documents that were originally scanned, then enhanced in Acrobat DC.  The two with color backgrounds (one pink and one yellow) print a faint normal page (very hard to read) and a normal (not faint) zoomed in upper left corner of the page on top of it (upper left 40% or so).  It will do this whether using Color or Grayscale.  One document was 8.5x11 and one was 5.5x8.5.

Attempted Fixes: I tried printing to Fit, Normal size, and Custom Scale 100%. It continues to print a very light (barely readable) full normal page, but is overprinted with the zoomed in upper left corner.

Configuration Data: I am using the Macintosh version of Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Classic release, 2015.06.30172.  I am using a Mac Pro (Mid 2010) with Operating system 10.11.5 (El Capitan).  My printer is an HP LaserJet M551.

Any suggestions?

v/r,

Jim
