hi, I bought Acrobat DC for Mac, paid via Paypal, then I received an email saying that I will be receiving another email with a link to download the software, which I never received. what should I do?

Hi,

your product is registered to your adobe account.

kindly login on www.adobe.com with your adobe i.d and password.

click on manage account > view plans and products >view you products

you can find serial number there.
