Downloaded free trail and immediately being asked to get licence/subscribe

I have just downloaded Acrobat DC as a free trial but I'm being asked to get a licence. How do I get rid of this message and get trial to work

Unfortunately this can happen for a number of reasons, especially if the computer clock was wrong or a free trial was ever used before. Unfortunately, there is no second chance.

No, sorry, nobiody can help you get the free trial on this computer now. You need to bbuy. You can subscribe on the monthly plan ($30/month) and later cancel if you have work to do. Trials are NOT FOR YOU TO DO WORK!!
