Edit headers and footers in pdf

I'm an author. Write in Word DOC, transfer to PDF for submitting. Use PDF to set headers and footers, then delete content on certain pages. PDF text boxes ride up over headers so can't delete content. Why?

What Acrobat version do you work on?

Also tell us the OS.

Please update Acrobat and see if that helps.

If on windows,try to repair it once.
